Pets are charged on a daily rate , with day of arrival & departure date being charged ( The only exception to this is, if departure before 12 noon then no charge for departure date ) Payment preferred on arrival. Booking Deposits required (non-refundable). We accept CASH or CHEQUE sorry we do not accept credit cards.

DISCOUNTS FOR LONG TERM BOARDING 


Any long haired breeds needing grooming on a daily basis will be charged an extra £1.00 per day.

Pets are charged on a daily basis, with day of arrival and departure charged as full days. However if being collected before noon of the day of departure no charge will be made for this day. Please remember that animals will not be admitted or discharged out with stated hours unless by prior arrangement. 

Vaccinations ;  no animal will be admitted without proof of up to date vaccinations.

CATS
Feline Influenza and Feline Enteritis essential  within one year of boarding date

Feline Leukaemia  vaccine  preferable but not essential for boarding

ANIMALS suffering from infectious and/or contagious conditions will not be admitted. Medical conditions maybe discussed and if accepted the owner will be required to bring the relevant medication and instruction. The veterinary surgeon appointed for our kennels will attend should any illness arise. If in their opinion it is necessary he/she will contact the animals own veterinarian, for medical consultation.

Whilst we take the utmost care with your pets, caring for them as if they were our own, any veterinary fees incurred during their stay must be paid before departure.

All pets should be on a lead when entering or leaving the kennels. Cats in the appropriate carrier. In the interest of safety children should be with an adult at all times.

Whilst all reasonable care is taken by the kennels no responsibility is taken for loss, damage or injury to person or property whilst visiting the premises.

Should you require to cancel your booking 5 days notice is required, failure to cancel before this period will incur full charge.   Exceptions at the discretion of the proprietor.

The account less the deposit is preferable on day of arrival, cash or cheque. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

Should an animal remain uncollected one week beyond the arranged date without communication the proprietors reserve the right to assume ownership and take whatever action is deemed necessary.

We reserve the right to change or amend the conditions without prior notice.
